Highlights

The region saw the removal of eight cranes, and the addition of two cranes, to record a total of 16 cranes.

Residential remains the dominant sector, accounting for all cranes in the region. New cranes were erected at the following residential projects:

  • Lagune (Moffat Beach)
  • Cotton Tree by Mosaic (Cotton Tree)

Cranes were removed from:

  • Maroochydore CBD Car Park, (Maroochydore)
  • Lorient (Maroochydore)
  • Ocean Verge (Kings Beach)
  • East 153 (Moffat Beach)
  • The Curl (Bokarina)
  • Riverbend Apartments (Maroochydore)
  • Serenity (Maroochydore)
  • The Beach Front (Buddina, one crane remains)
