Lam Chye Shing

Lam Chye Shing is a Senior Consultant of RLB Singapore. He was the former Senior Principal of RLB Singapore and its South-East Asian practices. He retired from the Singapore Partnership in late 2023.

Chye Shing has over 40 years’ experience on construction cost management, strategic advice on contracts and procurement. His extensive knowledge and expertise in projects range from civil infrastructure and rail work to major hospitality, residential, institutional, commercial and mixed developments.
